I am currently working with a team on a data science project that is not versed in data science / ML / AI, I am the only one experienced. Using a structure like that makes a lot of sense to me, but not for them. I can’t just tell them to figure it out, as I am supposed to kinda teach them the basics. Any tips on how I should go about imposing a more DS oriented architecture for a computer science team?
