I have no idea whether "ethics" is computable, however, the odds are that it is not.

What I can assure you is that we can make better AI than we do today and we can certainly make it less biased. Nonetheless, it is not far fetched to assume that any created tool can only be as ethical as its creators. Thus, if there is a limit to human ethics, it is safe to assume the same applies for AI.
