I see you still include Matplotlib and Seaborn at the end. Why is that?

As I understand it, Plotly replaces Matplotlib and Seaborn, so if you go for Plotly, the other two are useless. Is that the case or is Plotly somehow built on top of Matplotlib as Seaborn is?
