My point is not to say Go is bad. I just don’t know Go well enough and your code is not using vectorized routines as far as I can tell. This seemed to me like a bad point for Go, so I reached out. I will take a look at Gonum, thanks for the suggestion.

And indeed, I have seem some other authors making the point for Go, which is also why I decided to ask about it here. If it will take over Python one day, we can’t know for sure, but, for now, I would be really surprised if it did.
