That's a good point, but I am not sure if this is really that relevant. Over the years, some packages tried to bridge this UI gap between desktop and mobile, but it all was in vain. In the end, the visual language of both worlds is too far apart to really be any meaningful overlap. So, in this flutter vs electron debate, flutter being cross-platform is like being a four-armed soccer player. It might look nice, but adds nothing really.
