It comes from the Dadabots group and is based on the SampleRNN model trained on a death metal album. They use it to create an endless stream of head banging madness. It sounds pretty cool to me. You mentioned dadabots output does not sounds good to you, I think you are just not into death metal :)

You have to admit, it is a pretty organic approach to solving the noise and chaos of generated music. Just generate music that is expected to be noisy and chaotic.
